Welcome to PROMOGO – the AI-powered e-commerce platform dedicated to discounted products and committed to enabling intra-African trade. By accessing our website or mobile applications (PromoGO App, PromoGO Vendor, PromoGO Deliver), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Definitions

  • PROMOGO: Refers to PROMOGO GHANA LTD, the owner and operator of the platform.

  • User: Any individual or entity accessing the website or apps, including customers, vendors, and delivery agents.

  • Services: All features offered through the platform, including product listings, orders, deliveries, AI bot interactions, and price comparisons.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.

  • To access key features (buying, selling, delivery), users must register an account using accurate personal or business information.

  • PROMOGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

  • Avoid uploading any harmful, false, or illegal content.

5. Services and Features

PROMOGO provides the following services:

  • T&GO AI BOT: A multilingual voice-enabled AI assistant helping sellers, including non-literate users, to list and manage their products in African languages.

  • Smart Price Comparison Tool: AI-based engine to help customers find the best deals.

  • Dedicated Mobile Applications:

    • PromoGO App (for customers)

    • PromoGO Vendor (for merchants)

    • PromoGO Deliver (for delivery agents)

  • Order Management, Delivery Tracking, and Secure Payments

6. Payments and Transactions

Payments are processed securely via trusted partners (e.g., Flutterwave). PROMOGO does not store credit card information. Any transaction dispute must be addressed within 7 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

Each vendor is responsible for their return and refund policy. PROMOGO may mediate disputes but is not liable for refunds unless proven fraud or misrepresentation occurs on the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and technology used on PROMOGO are the intellectual property of PROMOGO GHANA LTD. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
