Return Policy – PROMOGO GHANA LTD
At PROMOGO GHANA LTD, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. While many of our products are offered at promotional or clearance prices, we believe in providing a fair and transparent return process when necessary.
You may be eligible to return a product if:
The item was delivered damaged, defective, or incomplete.
The item received is significantly different from the description or image on the product page.
The item was delivered in error (wrong item, wrong size, wrong quantity).
To be eligible, the return must be:
Requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Accompanied by clear photo/video proof.
In unused and original condition, with packaging and labels intact.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products marked as "Non-returnable" or "Final Sale".
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
Personal care items, underwear, or hygiene-sensitive products.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification by the customer.
Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
You can request a return through:
Option 1: Promogo Mobile App
Go to My Orders.
Select the item.
Click on "Return Item" and follow the instructions.
Option 2: T&GO AI BOT
Say:
👉 “I want to return my product” or
👉 “Help me with a return”
and follow the voice-guided steps in your preferred African language.
Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed within 3 working days.
If approved, we will notify you and arrange pickup or guide you to return the item via a nearby collection point.
PROMOGO or the seller will inspect the returned item upon receipt before confirming the return.
If the return is due to seller/platform error: Return shipping is free of charge.
If the customer changes their mind: Return shipping fees may apply (if return is accepted at all).
Items must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
If the returned item is approved, your refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy (original payment method or store credit).
Refund processing time: 3–10 business days after item inspection.
Each seller may have specific return policies. Buyers are encouraged to:
Review the seller’s profile before purchasing.
Communicate directly with the vendor through in-app chat or customer support if needed.
PROMOGO reserves the right to mediate in case of disputes.
