Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy – PROMOGO GHANA LTD


1. When Can You Cancel an Order?

You may cancel your order if:

  • The cancellation request is made before the order is processed by the seller.

  • The product has not yet been packed or shipped.

NOTE: For products labeled “Flash Sale” or “Limited Stock”, cancellation may not be possible due to immediate processing.


2. How to Cancel an Order

You can cancel your order using one of the following methods:

a. Mobile App / Website:

  1. Go to My Orders

  2. Select the order you want to cancel

  3. Tap on "Cancel Order" and confirm

b. T&GO AI BOT:

Say:
👉 “Cancel my order”
👉 “I want to stop the delivery”
T&GO will guide you step-by-step in your preferred African language.


3. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may, however:

  • Refuse delivery at the time of receipt

  • Or follow the Return Policy once the item has been delivered


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation is successful before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days


5. Cancellation by PROMOGO or Seller

Your order may be cancelled by PROMOGO or the seller if:

  • The product becomes unavailable or out of stock

  • There is a pricing or listing error

  • Fraudulent activity or suspicious order behavior is detected

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.


6. Important Notes

  • Frequent cancellations may lead to temporary suspension of your account.

  • Customers are encouraged to review the product details and seller information before confirming an order.
